Ellen Chappelka is a Master of Public Health Student at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Health Policy and Management. Her occupational background includes time as an EMT at New Orleans EMS and as a health systems specialist for the United States Air Force. Ellen completed her undergraduate studies at Tulane University with a degree in Public Health and Homeland Security.
