Kaidong Feng’s research interests include Technological Learning and Catching-up under developing circumstances, Evolution of National Innovation Systems, and Science and Technology Policy. His PhD dissertation topic is Catching up versus Dependency: the Growth of Capabilities among Indigenous Technological Integrators during Chinese Development. Dr. Feng has also been an Adjunct Research Fellow of China Institute for Science and Technology Policy at Tsinghua University since 2008.
Kaidong’s FIID project investigates the influence of financial system on the model of corporate governance and the investment propensity toward technology innovation, drawing on two empirical studies from two industries.
